Come back , I want you back

* warning: this’s just me getting something off my chest. *

I feel bad for being in charge of something.

Voting with the power in my hands is the hardest thing when everyone on the list is my friend. Voting is the failure of democracy. Because the majority rule creates the spiral of silence. That being said, some voices aren’t gonna be heard and I don’t want that to happen to my friends. I just don’t want them to feel less important.

Of all the democratic methods available, only the consensus works best for everyone’s sake. But then again, some works will go to waste.
